Lynn Padwe is a sculptor and photographer living in New York City.  Ater receiving her B.S. from Boston University, she worked in France.  Later, she attended the International Center of Photography in NYC acquiring professional photographic skills.

Employed by the largest mental health and social service organization in Manhattan as their sole photographer, she captured many kinds of physical and psychiatric problems.  This informed her sculptural work as she has recently completed a series of figures with disabilities.  She works at NY's Art Student League in clay, and in San Miguel de Allende in wax, turning that work into bronze.  She enjoys both figurative and abstract sculpture.

Lynn has photographed in many countries, especially the Far East.  Her style is to approach people, befriend them and then photograph them in their environment.  She continues to do this with great enthusiasm.
